Text
There is hereby established a fund in the state treasury to be known as the social security trust fund for the sole purpose of receiving contributions of the state and political subdivisions, and taxes on employees, under the Federal Old Age and Survivors Insurance program, under Public Law 734, 81st Congress of the United States, and in accordance with sections 59-1101 — 59-1104.
