Text

The state board of land commissioners shall have full power and authority to make leases of the lands of the state of Idaho, containing mineral springs or mineral waters for such periods as they may deem advisable, not exceeding fifty (50) years, for the purpose of preserving and improving such mineral springs or waters situated upon state lands, and for the purpose of establishing sanitariums thereon. No contract or leases as provided in this section shall be made in any form which would exclude the free use by the general public of any such mineral springs or mineral waters for the purpose of bathing or drinking.
