§ 58-118 — DEPARTMENT SUCCESSOR TO ABOLISHED OFFICES

Idaho·Title 58 PUBLIC LANDS·Ch. 1 DEPARTMENT OF LANDS
Whenever rights, powers and duties, which have heretofore been vested in or exercised by any officer or board, or any deputy or subordinate officer thereof, are, by this chapter, transferred, either in whole or in part, to be vested in the department created by this chapter, such rights, powers and duties shall be vested in, and shall be exercised by, the department, and every act done in the exercise of such rights, powers and duties shall have the same legal effect as if done by the former office or board, or any deputy or subordinate officer thereof.
