§ 57-1701 — CREATION OF CENTRAL CANCER REGISTRY FUND — PURPOSE

There is hereby created and established in the state treasury a fund to be known as the "central cancer registry fund" to which shall be deposited the revenues derived from the tax imposed in section 63-2506, Idaho Code. All moneys now or hereafter in the central cancer registry fund are hereby dedicated for the purpose of contracting for and obtaining the services of a continuous registry of all cancer patients in the state of Idaho and maintaining cooperative exchange of information with other states providing similar cancer registry. The department of health and welfare is charged with the administration of this fund for the purposes specified herein.
