§ 56-2002 — PREEMPTION

Idaho·Title 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE·Ch. 20 PREEMPTION OF GUARANTEED INCOME PROGRAMS
Except as expressly authorized by state statute, a county, city, agency, board, or any other political subdivision of this state shall not adopt or enforce any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance for the purpose of making payments to individuals under a guaranteed income program. Any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance prohibited by this chapter is null and void.
