Upon activation of crisis standards of care:
(1)The director shall within one (1) week of such activation, or as soon as feasible thereafter, make a formal written report to the governor, the president pro tempore of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate health and welfare committee, and the house of representatives health and welfare committee regarding the exact nature of any shortage driving the need for activation. The written report shall include a mitigation plan that addresses how the state can help support the health care facility in addressing resource shortages to limit the scope and duration of operating under crisis standards of care.
