§ 50-215 — PROSECUTIONS AGAINST CORPORATIONS UNDER CITY ORDINANCE

Idaho·Title 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS·Ch. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS — GOVERNMENT — TERRITORY
In all prosecutions of any corporation for a violation of any city ordinance or any forfeiture or penalty provided by ordinance of such city, it shall be sufficient to make the corporation in its corporate name a defendant and service may be procured by serving of summons upon the president, secretary, or other managing agent of such corporation; and after the return of such service, the court shall be deemed to have acquired jurisdiction of the defendant and may proceed to try said cause; and any judgment imposed by said court shall have the force and effect of a judgment in a civil suit action and execution may issue thereon, and the corporate property, rights and franchises of said defendant may be sold thereunder in satisfaction of the same.
