Upon the expiration of the period of redemption the city treasurer shall execute to the city a deed to the property described in the delinquency entry; which deed shall recite that it was issued in consideration of the amount of taxes or assessments (specifying the amount) for the year (naming the year) to the city treasurer of the city for the property therein described. Such deed shall be duly acknowledged by the city treasurer and shall be prima facie evidence of full compliance by the city and of all of its officers of every act and thing required to be done as a condition to the issuance of said deed and of the full compliance with the law, prerequisite to the execution of a valid tax deed and that the property has not been redeemed.
