§ 49-707 — PEDESTRIANS’ RIGHT-OF-WAY ON SIDEWALKS

Idaho·Title 49 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 7 PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLES
The driver of a vehicle crossing a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and all other traffic on the sidewalk.
