§ 48-1512 — APPLICATION OF ACT
Idaho·Title 48 MONOPOLIES AND TRADE PRACTICES·Ch. 15 IDAHO NONPROFIT HOSPITAL SALE OR CONVERSION ACT
This act applies to all acquisitions, the consummation of which occurs after the effective date of this act.
