§ 43-607 — HEARINGS — CONFIRMATION OF PROCEEDINGS

Idaho·Title 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS·Ch. 6 REFUNDING BONDS
The proceedings of the board of directors for apportioning such benefits and the giving of notice of hearings for such purposes shall be substantially the same as may be provided by law for the apportionment of benefits in the case of original bond issues; and all proceedings of the board of directors relative to the authorization and sale of such refunding bonds and the holding of said election and the apportionment of such benefits shall, before the issuance and sale of any of said bonds, be examined, approved and confirmed by the district court of the county in which the office of the district is situated, substantially in the manner provided by law for the confirmation of proceedings of the board of directors relative to original bond issues; and all the provisions of the statutes rela
