Idaho Statutes
§ 43-410 — PAYMENT OF CONTRACTOR WITH BONDS
In lieu of the sale of bonds as provided in section 43-409, and the payment for construction work in cash, as provided in section 43-901, bonds authorized by the vote of the district for the purpose of acquiring or constructing irrigation works may be issued and delivered by the board of directors directly to the contractor in payment for such construction work.
