§ 43-403 — FORM OF BONDS — STATEMENTS ENHANCING SECURITY OF BONDS

Idaho·Title 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS·Ch. 4 BONDS — ISSUANCE, CONFIRMATION, AND SALE
In case the works of any irrigation district shall have been constructed by the reclamation service of the United States of America, or in case the general plan and estimates of the works have been examined by the reclamation service of the United States of America and declared feasible and practicable by such reclamation service and the works and the lands within such district good security for the payment of the interest and principal of the bonds of such district, such fact shall be stated in said bonds, and in case the sale of such bonds has been approved by the courts, as provided by section 43-406, such confirmation and approval may be stated on said bonds by the clerk of the district court, under the seal of said court.
