§ 43-401A — REHABILITATION OF IRRIGATION STRUCTURES
The board of directors may contract for the reconstruction, rehabilitation or replacement of dams, structures or works belonging to the district or to the United States, necessary to the storage, diversion or delivery of water appurtenant to land within the district. The board shall determine the necessity and cost of such proposed improvements, and determine what amount of money needs to be raised and call a special election, at which shall be submitted to electors of the district possessing the qualifications prescribed in section 43-401, Idaho Code, the question of whether or not the bonds of said district in the amount as determined, shall be authorized.
