§ 43-114 — CANVASS OF VOTES — COMPLETION OF ORGANIZATION

Idaho·Title 43 IRRIGATION DISTRICTS·Ch. 1 ORGANIZATION OF DISTRICT
Immediately after any election for voting upon the organization of an irrigation district, the judges of such election shall forward the official results of said election to the clerk of said board of county commissioners. The said board of county commissioners shall meet within ten (10) days after said returns are received, and shall proceed to canvass the votes cast thereat, and if upon such canvass it appears that two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast are "Irrigation district–yes," the said board shall, by order entered on its minutes, declare such territory duly organized as an irrigation district, under the name and style theretofore designated, and shall declare the persons receiving respectively the highest number of votes for such several offices to be duly elected to such offices.
