Text

If the board determines from the hearing that any lot or parcel included in the proceedings should be excluded from the district, the board shall make and enter an order of exclusion in its proceedings describing each lot or parcel being excluded from the district. If any lot or parcel proposed to be excluded shall not be excluded by such order of exclusion, the board shall make and enter an order describing each lot or parcel included in the proceedings and not excluded from the district.
