§ 42-708 — REPORTS OF DISTRICT HYDROGRAPHERS

Idaho·Title 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION·Ch. 7 HEADGATES AND MEASURING DEVICES
All district hydrographers shall make and certify annually a report to the department of water resources, in a form and containing the information required by the director of the department of water resources, prior to the expiration of the district hydrographer’s appointment for the current year. This report shall show the amount of water diverted at each diversion as measured or determined by the district hydrographer during the preceding period from November 1 through October 31, the total expense of the district and the apportionment of expenses among users and all debits and credits to be carried over to the following year.
