§ 42-4209 — CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS

Idaho·Title 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION·Ch. 42 GROUND WATER RECHARGE
The election shall be conducted in accordance with the general laws of the state including the provisions of chapter 14, title 34, Idaho Code. The board of directors shall designate polling places in such number as it may deem necessary. At least ten (10) days before the holding of any election, the board shall appoint three (3) electors to serve as judges of election at each polling place. The judges shall perform the same duties as judges of election under the general laws of the state. Immediately after the election, the judges of election shall forward the official results to the secretary of the district.
