§ 42-3218A — SUBDISTRICTS — AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH — ELECTION

Idaho·Title 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION·Ch. 32 WATER AND SEWER DISTRICTS
The board of directors of any water or sewer district organized under the provisions of chapter 32, title 42, Idaho Code, may at any time, on their own motion, call an election to submit to the qualified electors of a proposed water or sewer subdistrict the question of the creation of a water or sewer subdistrict. The election shall be called, held, and conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 32, title 42, Idaho Code. The proceedings calling the election shall set forth the boundaries of the proposed water or sewer subdistrict and shall provide for the submission of the question of the creation of the water or sewer subdistrict to the qualified electors residing within the proposed boundaries of the water or sewer subdistrict.
