Text

The director shall, at the hearing herein provided, permit any person or corporation interested in the proposed consolidation or in any of its objects or purposes, to appear and make objection to the consolidation of said district. The director shall make his findings upon facts alleged in the petition and any objections presented at such hearing and any facts based on his own investigation and any other facts necessary for the determination of the practicability and feasibility and desirability of said consolidation.
