§ 42-3107 — PUBLICATION OF NOTICE — CONTENTS

Idaho·Title 42 IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE — WATER RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION·Ch. 31 FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICTS
Within a reasonable time after the filing of the petition the director shall give and publish notice that the party whose name first appears on said petition, and others, have filed a petition for organization of a district, giving the general boundaries of said district, the general outline of work, plans or improvements contemplated, and shall further state the time and place where said petition will be considered by him, and any proponents and opponents desiring to be heard shall be heard at such time and place. Such notice shall be published three (3) weeks, at three (3) consecutive weekly issues, before the date upon which said hearing will be heard, in a newspaper of general circulation within each county in which any of the lands proposed to be included within the district are locat
