§ 42-2910 — APPOINTMENT OF DRAINAGE COMMISSIONERS — QUALIFICATION — BOND — OATH — ORGANIZATION OF BOARD
The judge of the district court within ten (10) days thereafter shall appoint three (3) drainage commissioners. The commissioners shall be appointed from among those living in the county where said proposed district is located.
The board of drainage commissioners appointed as aforesaid shall be entitled to enter upon the duties of their office upon qualifying as county officers are required to qualify, and upon each drainage commissioner giving a bond to the state of Idaho, for the benefit of said drainage district, for the faithful performance of his duties as such drainage commissioner, in the penal sum of $5000, with one or more sureties to be approved by the judge of the district court.
