§ 41-515A — CREDIT FOR REINSURANCE PROCEDURES

Idaho·Title 41 INSURANCE·Ch. 5 KINDS OF INSURANCE — LIMITS OF RISK — REINSURANCE
(1)The purpose of this section is to set forth procedural requirements that the director deems necessary to carry out section 41-515, Idaho Code. The actions and information required under this section are declared to be in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.
(2)Reinsurer licensed in this state. Pursuant to section 41-515 (2)(a), Idaho Code, the director shall allow credit for reinsurance ceded by a domestic insurer to assuming insurers that were licensed in this state as of any date on which statutory financial statement credit for reinsurance is claimed.
(3)Accredited reinsurers.
