§ 41-4941 — PENALTIES
(1)Any person who willfully violates or causes or induces a violation of any provision of this chapter or any lawful rule of the director issued thereunder, shall be subject to penalty as provided in subsection (4) of this section.
(2)Any person who makes a false statement or representation of a material fact, knowing it to be false, or who knowingly fails to disclose a material fact in any application, examination, or statement required under this act or by lawful rule of the director thereunder, shall be subject to penalty as provided in subsection (4) of this section.
(3)Any person who makes a false entry in any book, record, statement, or report required in this chapter or lawful rule of the director thereunder to be kept by him, with intent to injure or defraud the trust fund or an
