Text

(1)The administrator shall cause full and accurate records and accounts to be entered and maintained covering all financial transactions and affairs of the trust fund.
(2)Within sixty (60) days after the close of each calendar year, the administrator shall make an annual statement in writing summarizing the financial transactions of the trust fund for such prior calendar year and its financial condition at the end of such year in accordance with this chapter and generally accepted and applicable accounting principles. The statement shall otherwise be in the form prescribed and shall provide the information required by the director of the department of insurance of the state of Idaho, and the financial information contained therein shall be certified by the accountant by whom such informa
