Text

(1)Each organization offering a managed care plan for which a certificate of authority is required under this chapter shall, as a condition of its authority to offer managed care plans in this state, be a member insurer of the Idaho life and health insurance guaranty association established under chapter 43, title 41, Idaho Code.
(2)The director may take such actions and promulgate such rules as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this section.
