§ 41-3809 — REGISTRATION OF HOLDING COMPANY SYSTEM INSURERS

Idaho·Title 41 INSURANCE·Ch. 38 ACQUISITIONS OF CONTROL AND INSURANCE HOLDING COMPANY SYSTEMS
(1)(a) Every insurer authorized to do business in this state and that is a member of an insurance holding company system shall register with the director, except a foreign insurer subject to registration requirements and standards adopted by statute or regulation in the jurisdiction of its domicile, which are substantially similar to those contained in this section and in:
(i)Sections 41-3810 (1), 41-3811 and 41-3812, Idaho Code; and
(ii)The provisions of section 41-3810 (2), Idaho Code, or a provision such as the following: each registered insurer shall keep current the information required to be disclosed in its registration statement by reporting all material changes or additions within fifteen (15) days after the end of the month in which it learns of each change or addition.
