§ 41-3435 — PRODUCER LICENSING
(1)Producers or persons representing a service corporation in the solicitation and negotiation of subscriber’s contracts shall qualify for and be licensed as producers of the service corporation in the same manner and in compliance with the same applicable qualifications, licensing procedures and fees as apply under this code as to producers of disability insurers except that:
(a)Any such person who holds a valid license as a producer for a disability insurer issued under chapter 10, title 41, Idaho Code, may be appointed as the agent for such service corporation without further examination or other compliance with chapter 10, title 41, Idaho Code; and
(b)Nothing in this section shall prevent such person from being licensed as a producer and appointed as an agent for a life insurer or i
