Text
(1)A service corporation may be formed as, or may by suitable amendment of its articles of incorporation become, a combined professional service and hospital service corporation. As to its professional services each such combined service corporation shall fully comply with those provisions of this chapter especially applicable as to professional service corporations; and as to its hospital services the corporation shall fully comply with those provisions of this chapter especially applicable as to hospital service corporations.
(2)Subject to subsection (1) above, nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prohibit such a combined service corporation from issuing subscriber’s contracts providing for both professional services and hospital services.
