Text
Agents of societies shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 10, title 41, Idaho Code. Except, that no such license shall be required as to members of societies which provide benefits in case of death or disability resulting solely from accident, and which do not obligate themselves to pay natural death or sick benefits, which members procure other members and receive no compensation therefor other than awards or merchandise nominal in value.
