§ 41-302A — “DEPOSIT GUARANTEE” CORPORATION DEFINED
"Deposit guarantee" corporation defined. A deposit guarantee corporation is an incorporated insurer without capital stock, the members of which are policy holders and the governing body of which is elected by its members.
