§ 41-2902 — “RECIPROCAL INSURER” DEFINED

Idaho·Title 41 INSURANCE·Ch. 29 RECIPROCAL INSURERS
"Reciprocal insurer" defined. A "reciprocal insurer" means an unincorporated aggregation of subscribers operating individually and collectively through an attorney in fact to provide reciprocal insurance among themselves. When all participants in a reciprocal insurer are political subdivisions of the state of Idaho, such interexchange may be accomplished by a joint exercise of powers agreement pursuant to chapter 23, title 67, Idaho Code.
