§ 41-2901 — “RECIPROCAL” INSURANCE DEFINED

"Reciprocal" insurance defined. "Reciprocal" insurance is that resulting from an interexchange among persons, known as "subscribers", of reciprocal agreements of indemnity, the interexchange being effectuated through an "attorney in fact" common to all such persons.
