§ 41-2511 — DEDUCTIBLE — PERMISSIVE
Nothing in sections 41-2506 through 41-2512, Idaho Code, shall prohibit, or be construed to prohibit, an insurer from requiring a provision for a reasonable deductible not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in amount as to comprehensive coverage and not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) in amount as to collision or physical damage coverages of the policy, as a condition to renewal of an automobile insurance policy.
