§ 41-104 — “PERSON” DEFINED
"Person" defined. "Person" includes any individual, insurer, company, association, organization, Lloyd’s insurer, society, reciprocal insurer or interinsurance exchange, partnership, syndicate, business trust, corporation and every legal entity.
