Text

That portion of U.S. highway 20 located in Idaho shall also be known as the "Idaho Medal of Honor Highway." The Idaho transportation department shall design and construct signs indicating the designation as the "Idaho Medal of Honor Highway" and any other appropriate information. The department shall erect a sign at each end of the highway and markers at intermediate sites along the highway that the department determines are appropriate. The department is required to design, construct, and erect the signs and markers only to the extent that less than thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) of existing dedicated funds are provided for this purpose as determined by the transportation board.
