Text

Highway district elections shall be conducted in accordance with the general laws of the state, including the provisions of chapter 14, title 34, Idaho Code. The county commissioners shall select polling places and the county clerk shall appoint election judges and clerks. The county clerk shall conduct the elections for a highway district and shall perform all necessary duties of the election official of a highway district.
