§ 39-6801 — SHORT TITLE
Idaho·Title 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 68 INSTITUTIONAL CONTROLS PROGRAM FOR THE BUNKER HILL MINING AND METALLURGICAL COMPLEX SUPERFUND FACILITY
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Institutional Controls Program for the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Facility Act."
