§ 39-5717 — SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS — TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES

Idaho·Title 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 57 PREVENTION OF MINORS’ ACCESS TO TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES
Each permittee who mails or ships tobacco products or electronic smoking devices in connection with a delivery sale order shall include as part of the shipping documents a clear and conspicuous statement providing as follows: TOBACCO PRODUCTS or electronic smoking devices: IDAHO LAW PROHIBITS SHIPPING TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS AND REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF TAXES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 25, TITLE 63, IDAHO CODE. PERSONS VIOLATING THIS LAW MAY BE CIVILLY AND CRIMINALLY LIABLE. Anyone who delivers any such container distributes tobacco products or electronic smoking devices as defined in section 39-5702 (5), Idaho Code, and is subject to the terms and requirements of this chapter.
