§ 39-5510 — SMOKING ON BUSES
(1)Smoking of tobacco or other products in or upon any bus, except a charter bus, is a violation of the provisions of this chapter, and any person smoking tobacco or other products on a bus, except a charter bus shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punished as provided in section 39-5507, Idaho Code.
(2)As used in this section:
(a)"Bus" means any passenger bus or coach or other motor vehicle having a seating capacity of fifteen (15) or more passengers operated by a bus company for the purpose of carrying passengers or cargo for hire.
(b)"Bus company" means any person, group of persons, association, partnership, corporation or other recognized legal entity providing for-hire transportation to passengers or cargo by bus upon the highways in the state, including passengers and ca
