§ 39-3519 — ACCESS BY ADVOCATES AND REPRESENTATIVES

(1)Staff of the certified family home shall permit certifying agents, other representatives of the department, or any representative of adult protective services immediate and unrestricted access, according to the agent’s or representative’s respective authority, to the physical premises of the home and property, to the records required under this chapter and the rules promulgated thereunder, and to the residents.
(2)Staff of the certified family home shall permit advocates and representatives of community legal services programs, including the state long-term care ombudsman or its designee or representatives of the protection and advocacy system pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 15043 and 42 U.S.C. 10801 et seq., whose purposes include rendering assistance without charge to residents, to have acces
