Text

The director of the department of health and welfare shall appoint a division administrator to manage the regional behavioral health centers and shall supervise its program; shall prescribe uniform standards of treatment, services and care provided by the regional behavioral health centers and regional behavioral health boards; shall set the professional qualifications for staff positions; and make such other policy as are necessary and proper to carry out the purposes and intent of this chapter.
