Idaho·Title 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 25 RURAL NURSING LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029]
[EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029] Applicants aggrieved by the award or failure to award a grant pursuant to this chapter shall be afforded the remedies provided in chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
