[EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2029] Providing false information on any application or document submitted under this chapter is a misdemeanor and grounds for declaring the applicant ineligible. Any and all funds determined to have been acquired on the basis of fraudulent information must be returned to the rural nursing loan repayment grant program. This section shall not limit other remedies that may be available for the filing of false or fraudulent applications.
