Text
Four (4) members of the authority shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting business and exercising its powers. Action may be taken by the authority upon the affirmative vote of at least four (4) of its members. No vacancy in the membership of the authority shall impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights and perform all the duties of the authority. Each meeting of the authority for any purpose whatsoever shall be open to the public. Notice of meetings shall be as provided in the by-laws of the authority. Resolutions need not be published or posted. Members of the authority shall receive no compensation for services but shall be entitled to the necessary expenses including traveling and lodging expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties.
