§ 39-130 — REMOVAL — REMEDIATION — BUNKER HILL MINING AND METALLURGICAL COMPLEX SUPERFUND FACILITY

Idaho·Title 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 1 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY — HEALTH
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, removal and remediation actions in or related to any operable unit of the Bunker Hill mining and metallurgical complex superfund facility performed by or on behalf of the department of environmental quality shall not constitute public works pursuant to chapter 57, title 67, Idaho Code, chapter 19, title 54, Idaho Code, or any other provision of Idaho Code. In the letting and oversight of contracts for such removal or remediation actions, bonding of contractors may be required. The administrator of the division of waste management and remediation, department of environmental quality, and the director of the department of environmental quality, shall have the authority of the administrator of the division of purchasing, department o
