Text
The provisions of sections 38-401 — 38-410, Idaho Code, shall not apply to forest lands belonging to the state of Idaho. Provided, however, the state board of land commissioners may by order direct the director of the department of lands to apply the administration of all the provisions of this chapter to forest lands belonging to the state.
