Text
The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applications for registration, which register shall show (a) the name, age and residency of each applicant;
(b)the date of the application;
(c)the place of business of such applicant;
(d)his qualifications as a scaler;
(e)whether the applicant was rejected;
(f)whether a certificate of registration was granted;
(g)the dates of the action of the board; and (h) such other information as may be deemed necessary by the board.
The records of the board shall be prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board set forth therein, and a transcript thereof, duly certified by the secretary of the board under seal, shall be admissible in evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced. Annually the
