Idaho·Title 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL·Ch. 5 INSPECTION AND LICENSING OF DAIRY PRODUCT DEALERS AND ESTABLISHMENTS — MILK COMPONENTS AND QUALITY TESTING
The testing of each lot of milk or cream by an unlicensed person shall constitute a separate offense.
