§ 36-2116 — COMPLAINT FOR VIOLATION — PROSECUTION BY COUNTY ATTORNEY

Idaho·Title 36 FISH AND GAME·Ch. 21 OUTFITTERS AND GUIDES
(a)The board or its designated agent may prefer a complaint before any court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the offense occurred, for a violation of:
(i)the provisions of subsections (1), (2), (7), (8), or (9) of section 36-2113, Idaho Code; or (ii) any regulation promulgated pursuant to subsection (d) of section 36-2107, Idaho Code.
(b)Any person convicted of any violation enumerated in subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 36-2117, Idaho Code.
